    <content type="html">From today onwards I will try and lose weight. This isn't me flippantly saying it this time, I actually will do it.&lt;br /&gt;Firstly, I'm going to cut down drinking. I don't usually eat LOADS and I reckon most of my calorie intake is actually from beer.&lt;br /&gt;No snacks unless they are fruit.&lt;br /&gt;No chocolate&lt;br /&gt;No biscuits&lt;br /&gt;No cake.&lt;br /&gt;Less mayo in sandwiches (althought it pains me!).&lt;br /&gt;MORE EXERCISE!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Although I hate it, I'm going to try and do an exercise video once a week and make sure that I walk around 30mins a day as well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;None of this sounds unrealistic - I'm not starving myself, nor am I setting a stupid amount of exercise targets - so it should actually work and be easy to keep up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right, I think I now have a date with Beverly Collard or Mr. Motivator, maybe even Jane Fonda if my video collection permits.</content>
