From today onwards I will try and lose weight. This isn't me flippantly saying it this time, I actually will do it.
Firstly, I'm going to cut down drinking. I don't usually eat LOADS and I reckon most of my calorie intake is actually from beer.
No snacks unless they are fruit.
No chocolate
No biscuits
No cake.
Less mayo in sandwiches (althought it pains me!).
MORE EXERCISE!

Although I hate it, I'm going to try and do an exercise video once a week and make sure that I walk around 30mins a day as well.

None of this sounds unrealistic - I'm not starving myself, nor am I setting a stupid amount of exercise targets - so it should actually work and be easy to keep up.

Right, I think I now have a date with Beverly Collard or Mr. Motivator, maybe even Jane Fonda if my video collection permits.
